It has become a modern city of more than 6 million inhabitants, which concentrates much of the country's cultural, economic, industrial and commercial activity. In its central area are located the old buildings, the headquarters of the most important institutions, museums and outstanding monuments.
BAHAI TEMPLE
The building is 30 metres high and 30 metres in diameter, and can accommodate 600 people. The construction of the supporting structure was completed in May 2016, and the installation of the interior cladding began in June.
