Valle Nevado, the largest ski resort in South America, is located 46 kilometers east of Santiago de Chile. It has excellent snow quality, due to its altitude and orientation, and a privileged climate, with 80% of clear days during the season.
Farellones is a town in the Andes mountain range located 30 kilometers from Santiago. You can practice different sports such as skiing, trekking, mountaineering and mountain biking depending on the season.
Today, it has 112 slopes and a skiable surface of 1,100 hectares, making it one of the best ski resorts in South America. The winter resort (from 2,430 to 3,333 meters above sea level) is made up of two interconnected villages, each with hotels and lodges.
La Parva is defined as a cozy mountain village, with modern buildings that seem to hang from its slopes; there are more than 1,200 shelters and private condominiums that ensure the availability of 9 thousand beds during the winter season for athletes and their families.
Portillo is located in the Andes Province, just 6 km from the Los Libertadores International Pass, almost on the border with Argentina. It is the oldest ski resort in South America, one of the main ones in the southern hemisphere, and is part of the world history of white sport.
